With an increasing number of ice machines found in restaurants, hotels, and other businesses, it is important that the cleaning, service, and maintenance of these machines be performed properly. This course will discuss how an ice machine operates, and will cover the service and maintenance techniques used on Scotsman Ice Machines. In addition to proper service procedures, we will cover troubleshooting practices and proper cleaning of Scotsman Ice Machines.
