This full day course provides a great technical overview of Fujitsu’s Halcyon products while complimenting it with application ideas, installation hints, tips, and requirements. Students will learn how Mini-Split Heat Pumps operate and how they can be applied to various heating and cooling projects.
In addition, the Electronics Testing & System Diagnostic (ETSD) portion of this class will provide in-depth troubleshooting for Halcyon Inverter systems. This will be a HANDS-ON portion of the course offering classroom style training on multi-meters, DC controls and circuits with diagnosis and testing of Fujitsu outdoor unit circuit boards.
Students need to bring a digital multi-meter with fresh batteries to the class. Multi-meter should be capable of specific component testing; this includes the diode check function and a 4 to10 mega-ohm testing capability.
